Our Curriculum


We will be learning about a range of exciting topics in year 3. One of our favourites is The Stone Age in history and volcanoes and earthquakes in geography. We are also enjoying learning French for the first time this year.

How can you help at home?


Please encourage your child to read regularly at home (at least three times a week). Each time that they read at home and have their reading record signed, they will receive a point which they can collect to spend in our reading shop.


We ask the children to play www.ttrockstars.com every week to practise their multiplication tables.


Spellings are also sent home on a Monday and tested the following Monday. Please encourage your child to practise these at home.
